Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please notify AE Luxury Home within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the shipping packaging
• A description of the issue

If approved, AE Luxury Home will provide replacement parts, a replacement product, or another appropriate resolution.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Custom-cut profiles
• Made-to-order products
• Special-order items
• Installed products
• Products modified after delivery

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
